Operators are all great. Especially Chris. All of us had a good time on our ride back from airport snug as a bug in a rug. One guy had no ticket and might have remembered where he parked. Chris handled well. Lots of heavy luggage.

We always park at The Parking Spot North when we travel out of BWI. It's convenient to reserve the spot on line. Pay in advance. Shuttle available immediately upon arrival to pick us up and get us to the airport. This service works perfectly for us.
I was picked up at my car, taken to the airport, picked up at the airport and delivered back to my car. It is close to my home.
I can totally depend on the shuttle to pick me up at my car right away. The drivers are helpful and courteous and the van is clean.
When I leave the airport, there is no wait. A shuttle van is always there.
