I really like the domestic service. I do think the international service needs some improvements. It is total chaos on the international side. It is not clearly marked where the shuttle is picking up and the wait time for the shuttle can be lengthy.

I have been parking at this location for more than 20yrs. The improvements have been great, and the Team members are all friendly, polite and so professional. I have come to know many of them.....and the true smile on their faces when they see me...makes me feel welcome and secure. They have even come to know my car! I only wish the cost of parking was not so very expensive.

The wait for drop off and pickup from the airport was minimal. My car was in the exact condition that I left it which is great because safety is important. The customer service is top tier everyone was friendly and willing to help. They even give you a ticket so you can remember your parking spot upon return and drop you off directly in front of your car.

Cecelia is amazing! We had been traveling for over 24 hours. We were tired. Really tired. And Cecelia was so welcoming, kind, friendly, fun. We went to Spain, Portugal, and had a bus ride with Cecelia!
