Ease of scheduling, ease of access and departure of parking area, frequency and timeliness of the shuttle service on both ends (from our vehicle to airport, and airport to our car).
When ever I have called with questions or needed assistance, I have received kind courteous help. The shuttle drivers are always ready to help with my bags even when I’m arriving very early in the morning or the weather is bad out.
There are locations to park that are closer but I always use the Parking Spot and now I’ve earned points that equal free days!

Extremely helpful and attentive staff from the moment I arrive into the parking lot. My favorite part about your service is that there is always a bus waiting at the airport ready to pick me up, and is by far the main reason for why I choose to only book with TheParkingSpot. I’m most grateful for that, especially during the winter months! Lastly, every time I check out, I’m very very appreciative of the free water bottles available on the way out.
