Deshaunda Gibson (Fly) is such a bright and cheery face - so happy I ended up on her shuttle after a long day of travel. The gentleman who took me to ATL was also wonderful (12/22@3pm). Please let management and corporate know what great assets they are to the TPS brand.
One frustration for us customers is - we had to wait for 2 FLY shuttles (25 mins)before there was enough room for all waiting to ride back to Conley St.... and there were 2 of us who were single travelers, still no vacancy on the bus. Plenty of Spot 1, 2, PLUS, Peachy, Pre-Flight and other shuttles in the pickup zone but there often seems to be a long wait for the next FLY bus....never one following right behind it. This is an operations issue on the corporate side, not the bus drivers so please don't penalize them

The parking spot has been easy to use in any airport I’ve ever been to. Always safe parking always open 24 hours always fast rides to and from the airport.
Pre-reserving was a very convenient. Being from Cleveland and driving to Pittsburgh was quite the task but parking ahead of time and prepaying was very convenient. The Pittsburgh airport is absolutely beautiful compared to Cleveland. Thanks for a great experience. The driver was wonderful both ways. I’ll definitely recommend parking spot to passengers and fellow employees.
St. Louis East Parking Spot is always easy to use, efficient and staff are always helpful and friendly. Have never had any issues. Love TPS app - very easy to use. And appreciate the deals.

Convenient and found a good coupon to use. The only reason I took off a star was because when we arrived…one of the parking attendants refused to listen to us and made us get into the valet line, which was loonnngggg!! He was running around like a crazy person yelling into peoples’ cars and we kept telling him, “We have self-park!! Is this self-park, too?” He kept yelling at us and the cars around us, “Stay in your cars!! Stay in your cars!!” Trust me…we weren’t going anywhere. Finally, a calm, rational, competent attendant came by our car (after we had been sitting in the valet line for over 10 mins waiting) and actually listened to us about self-park. She said we were in the wrong area/line (no kidding) but kindly stopped cars and helped us turn around in the line and directed us to the right area. So stressful that we wasted 15 minutes with Mr. Screamer who refused to take the time to listen to us! Kudos to the female attendant and our shuttle drivers both on our departure and return. Both drivers were kind, helpful, and accommodating!! I hope you pay them well.

The shuttle saw when I entered for my departure flight. He was there as soon as I parked. Returning home there was no long wait for the shuttle to get back to the car. I have him my parking card and he drove us directly to our spot. Great customer service, shuttles were clean, and drivers were courteou. Would definitely use it again in the future!
Shuttles are quick and convenient. Drivers always help with the bags and they are always friendly.

Easy and fast. Drivers are nice and helpful. No need to call for pickup. The app tells them you're in a pick up zone. Covered parking means no snow and ice! 30 seconds to 95 when you leave.

The helpfulness of the employees
Friendly drivers who take care of loading and unloading your monster bags on the bus! It is competitive in pricing: On-airport ranges $20/day (Lots A, B, C), $30/day (Garage) and $40/day (Valet). TPS is less than a mile and delivers you to the terminal with covered and uncovered options. The rates can range from $17/day - $26/day (based on time of year I think) but offer discounts for first time clients. They also let you build up points for free days. They offer a plethora of add-on car washing services as well. Are there cheaper options? Yes. But I like being less than 5 minutes from the terminal and the folks who drive. I have been a client since 2018 - they are my go-to and trusted livery service.
