I love the fact that I park the car and within minutes, a shuttle picks me up and takes me through the horrid Kansas City construction to the airport so I don't have to drive. After having experienced a delayed flight and needing a 3 a.m. pick-up, I will always park at the Parking Spot so that I have a shuttle to my car once my trip is over.

Secure lot, pick up and drop off right at my car, on time, great pricing, easy to use App and best of all, VERY friendly and helpful staff.

Very little waiting to be picked up at the airport or at the facility--great drivers--great service!

Drivers very helpful

Quick and easy to use. Within minutes of finding a parking spot which you are easily directed to the van is ready to pick you up, assisting you with your luggage and whisking you a way to the airport. Pick up is generally very easy and often not requiring a call requesting the van as it appears on a regular frequency at the airport. Additionally drivers are very courteous and assist with loading baggage what more could you ask for?

Close to the airport, frequent shuttles, secure parking, friendly drivers. Great discounts if you prepay. Easy in/out with the QR code.
