I love The Parking Spot 👍👍

I was able to pay for the parking up front on the app, which made it easy checking in when we arrived. Plenty of covered parking was available. There was some construction going on where a couple vehicles parked illegally, which blocked off some abilities to enter and exit certain lanes or for the shuttle to drive down to your vehicle. But exiting of the facility was easy also. Drove up and scanned the bar code and exited with no issue. Will definitely recommend to others and will use again in the future.

Randomly chose The Parking Spot from reviews. Was happy I did! We picked up our car Saturday, Nov 1st, 2025 about 9 p.m. Your driver on duty that night was excellent! I just can't remember his name. It was five letters and two syllables. Please check your records of who was working that night. He was so helpful and courteous! I would use your service again!

I like the convenience of being able to book ahead to ensure that there will be a parking space. Being able to use the valet service is a plus. The drivers are always, courteous and helpful when loading and unloading bags.
