Very friendly and helpful staff. Even when a woman boarded the bus with a major attitude and was disrespectful to staff. Your employee was kind, friendly and went above and beyond with her positive attitude. I can say that everyone on the bus rolled their eyes at the client and felt terrible for staff. But she continued with a smile on her face and patient with the rest of us. She was outstanding.

Close to the airport and the wait for the shuttle isnt very long, even in the very early morning. The drivers all are very helpful too.
