The location is great. The parking spot is easy to get to and get out of. The shuttles are very convenient. The drivers and staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful. I use them every time we fly out of Love field.
The Spot is very convenient to the airport. The parking area is very nice and secure. Drop off at the airport is good and pick up very good as well. Love that they pick you up at your car and take you directly to your car so you are not hauling luggage through the lot. There buses are very easy to spot.

Great staff and service. My car battery was dead when I returned to kc and it was 11 pm new years eve. A staff member had a jumper box and I was able to get the vehicle started and on my way! thank you and I will return to parking spot!
The ease of coming to the parking lot and the Assistance finding a parking spot. We also enjoyed how the van came and picked us right up and dropped us right off at our car. The cost for a week stay was very manageable. The final and Best yet we forgot to lock our car and when we came back a week later, everything was safe and secure thank you.

Shuttle drivers and valet personnel are friendly and professional. I like that my car is safe & secure, if I use either self park or valet while I travel. Also, I fly United quite often and I can easily fly out of Terminal C & fly into Terminal A…and I never have to worry that my vehicle is parked at the wrong location.

We’ve used The Parking Spot South a handful of times and have had a wonderful experience every time. We’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up either at the lot or at the airport. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We’ve already recommended this company to a handful of friends, and we plan to keep using it.
Drivers are prompt & friendly. We had Mark both times & he was great. He even put our luggage into the trunk for us.
