The shuttles are always accessible when I need them. The app helps to track shuttles when needed. The drivers for the most part are helpful, always helping with luggage on and off the shuttle. Drivers are always courteous.

Pick-up at the car (sometimes a little slow though) and pick=up at the hotel stops at the terminals (saves crossing the street at Terminal 1). Tracker is great.
