Convient and quick. I travel frequently, so it is nice to have a safe place to leave my car before returning to Colorado Springs after each trip. I appreciate the systems you have in place to remember where you parked and your drivers have been super helpful and kind.
Booking is easy to do through the app. Pricing was reasonable, with the 25% discount. Showing the location of the shuttle is very helpful. I realize there was a lot of snow, but aisles were tough to navigate.

I was traveling alone in late January and parked my car in an uncovered spot at the lot, and both when I left Chicago and when I came back, the drivers were happy to help me with my two bags. They didn't hang back and wait for me to ask -- they stepped forward and told me to sit in the bus so I could stay warm in the frigid temperatures while they put my luggage carefully on the racks. I tipped them both well, because they absolutely deserved it, and I'm glad I get a chance to tell everyone here what an amazing job they did. You definitely need to park here! If other lots are cheaper, I guarantee you won't get this kind of service at them.

The service was phenomenal! Dropping off, the shuttle driver came right to my car and handled my rollator and suitcase. Coming home after a record snowfall in Cbus, Emma the driver was beyond stellar. When we got to my snow covered car, she had me wait in the van as she cleared me path to my door. She then helped me in my car and proceeded to clear my car of snow and load my luggage. What a rockstar! At the exit, the young lady helped me find my QR code, checked me out then asked me if I needed bottled water! I highly recommend Parking Spot and will be using them again!
