We heard about this service right before leaving for a weeklong trip and made a reservation for covered parking at 10:00 PM on a Saturday night. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and stress-free. We were picked up right next to our vehicle by a shuttle driver who was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional.
It was a huge relief knowing our car would be parked in a secure, locked facility and protected from the Arizona sun while we were away. When we returned to Phoenix one week later around 11:00 PM, the shuttle promptly picked us up and brought us right back to our vehicle.
The entire process was easy, convenient, and worry-free. No hassle, no stress, and no struggling with airport parking. We would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling out of Phoenix.
