Safe parking ,secure exit, helpful driver assistance with luggage and handicap equipment, friendly drivers, courtesy 😊 drop off at terminal gate, and pick up at terminal on return when requested less than 5 min. The bus ride is free to and from the terminal. When flying ✈️ out of IAH (George Bush) I will always use parking Spot 1.
Easy in and out. By the time we got back to the lot from our flight our car was ready running and warm!

The pick up/drop off at my vehicle is a winner for me. Before the Parking Spot, I wandered through Airport Long Term Care. I always was terrified that at night.
The driver always, except for once, have put my bags on the bus. Another big plus for me as a senior. The drivers always have been curious and polite. I one time did not have cash on me for a tip, the driver assured me that it was not necessary.

Ease of making reservation. Friendliness of drivers. The short wait times for pick up whether at the lot or the airport. We were brought to our car late at night. The driver waited to make sure our car would start and helped us put our luggage in the trunk. We appreciated his kindness so much.
It is very convenient: parking is easy and the bus picked me up as soon as I parked, I was given a paper stub with my parking slot number on it, when coming back a Parking Spot bus was available to drive me to my car, ALL Parking Spot employees are super friendly, and checking out and paying for my parking was simple.
