Employees are great! Quick pick up and drop off to and from terminal,
Very efficient operation. This was my first time using The Parking Spot in Pittsburgh. Pickup at the assigned space was quick and we were off to the airport in minutes. The driver helped load our two check-in bags onto the van. When we returned, we just missed a van pickup and expected to wait 15 minutes or so. However, a few others also had called for pickup and another van appeared in just a few minutes. We were quickly dropped off right behind our vehicle, and the driver unloaded the bags. The cost was lower than similar airport parking services. I will use The Parking Spot on the next trip.
On time, carry suitcase out of vehicle and on to shuttle. Then off the shuttle at the terminal. Just watch when the drop you at your car that they put your suitcase in the car. If they have a lot of folks n the bus, they don’t do it if you aren’t there quickly enough.
The young lady who checked me out was fantastic. After a grueling trip out of town it was very nice to be greeted a friendly face and a warm smile. I believe her name was Jenny.
Secured storage for my car in a well lit lot. Friendly shuttle drivers - the wait is never very long. Prices are reasonable and it's convenient to be able to pre-schedule and prepay.

I've always been a fan of Park N Fly. Prices are fair and pickup and dropoff at airport are always seamless. Something happened during my last trip that really was above and beyond..When I parked my vehicle, I inadvertently left my window down. Upon returning from my trip 6 days later, I found my driver's side window wrapped in plastic? Of course I thought the worst, that my truck had been broken into, but after looking inside and seeing no broken glass, I soon realized what had happened. The inside was spotless, so someone obviously caught my mistake quickly and protected my interior. I was told by the dispatcher that this happens fairly frequently and they are always on the lookout. That was great to hear and saved what could have been a terrible experience upon returning home. 6 days with an open window in SF could have been a nightmare.. Thanks for your great customer service!

The lady at the entrance who greeted us was so friendly, sweet and kind at such an early hour, it made our day! The app works great too. Rates were a little pricey I thought. We parked at JFK and when we waited at the airport for pick up it took forever for a bus to come, even after I called. There were 4 buses that came from Will Clayton before the JFK bus arrived. That was a bit frustrating very late at night after a long travel day.
