Competent, courteous, and friendly service

I love that I'm picked up and dropped off right at my car! The shuttles run very quickly so there was virtually no waiting at the airport. Great service!

I use the app to reserve a spot. Very easy navigation - just scan the bar code when you arrive and seamless. The van is waiting for you to board. Never had a delay.

I like that even though I screwed up and lost my valet stub that I was told that because I use the App that it notified the staff anyway and would be ready. I was suspicious it would be that easy but my vehicle was ready and waiting for me when we arrived. I love the service, now love it even more.

I will try not to lose my stub again, just because causes more hassle but it is good to know you all put in an idiot proof system just in case. After a long flight late into the night LAX time it was super nice to have less delay and now to know there will be no issues. Thx much to everyone.

The parking spot is the best and most trustworthy parking facility i have ever used. Their service is top notch and every employee I've encountered is polite and efficient. I highly recommend the Parking Spot.

Easy and convenient!!!

Both drivers were very helpful, friendly and so courteous!! They came right to our cars when we left Columbus, loaded our bags into the van and unloaded them at the airport terminal. When we got home, they took us right to our cars and unloaded our bags for us. Will definitely park here for all of our trips from now on.

The Parking Spot is very convenient and reasonably priced. Drivers and staff at the gate are great at customer service. The last two times I've arrived home, our bus driver has insisted on putting our bags in the trunk - which is above and beyond service.
