Convenient and speedy! Door to door service is awesome. But PLEASE fix your app for tipping drivers via the QR code. It doesn’t work at all (select a tip amount or type in a number, it gives an error message that you can’t tip over $100, but all the amounts are well under that.) let customers tip your drivers please!!

Our experience was flawless from entering the facility to being told which row to park into to having the transport, almost instantly to our location, pick us up and transport us to the airport.
On the way home, the same experience, very professional, punctual and courteous employees. We will definitely use The Spot parking at Cleveland Hopkins international airport again. The thing we like most about the Parking Spot are the employees. The women who work in the booths at the entrance and exit have been very helpful and especially welcoming and friendly.
When I thanked the employee as we were leaving the lot on Tuesday, 2/17, she told me how much she enjoyed her job because she loved meeting new people. We also have met some wonderful men who drive the vans to and from the lot. It is so nice to be picked up right by our car, assisted with our luggage as we get on and off the van, and dropped off at our car when we return.
