Bright, well lighted lot that is easy access for those of us from Delaware. Shuttle drivers are kind and friendly, and they often will help me with getting my luggage to and from the car, which is good for me and my back issues. The shuttles are almost always clean and on time, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle. Plenty of spaces. I like the use of the app to reserve and pay and track my receipts. I enjoy earning points for free days.

The Parking Spot is a great place to park when flying out of Bradley International Airport. The shuttles are always prompt and the drivers are great. I recently flew back from FL after the blizzard and my car was completely cleaned off and ready to go when I arrived.
