We like the location (even though with the road construction at night it is hard to see to get in and out of). We don't have to wait long for the buses and love the option of covered parking. It is also nice to grab a water on your way out, you need to hydrate after flying. Most of the drivers are very nice and helpful!

The guys are always ready to grab my bags when I pull into the parking lot! I never wait more than 5 minutes before heading to the airport and am dropped off right where I need to be. When I return, the bus is always waiting for me. They provide a great service!

I recently used The Parking Spot for the first time. The associate at the gate was friendly and helpful, even at 6:30 am! She patiently explained where I needed to park and the process for getting picked up. Also, both shuttle drivers that I had were friendly and helped with my suitcase. I really like the convenience of getting dropped off close to my car. This experience was so much better than any I have had when using the parking on sight at the CLT airport. Highly recommend this company!

I feel safe and the rate was acceptable! Most drivers are also friendly, helpful, and seem to enjoy their job! We waited about 10 minutes to be taken to the terminal and about 15 to return to the car (we had just missed a full bus).
