The location is incredibly convenient, especially being so close to the airport, which is exactly what we need when we travel. The service is consistently excellent every time we use it. I truly appreciate how the shuttle drivers always assist with loading our luggage and greet us with such friendliness—even for those very early morning flights.
Both the shuttle and the garages are always clean, and I feel completely safe leaving my car there for the duration of our trip. The pricing is very reasonable, especially with the added benefit of my AAA membership discount.
We will absolutely continue to use The Parking Spot East whenever we travel and highly recommend it to others.

We’ve always appreciated the friendly and helpful bus drivers at the Parking Spot, but this last trip really impressed us. After being away for an extended time, we returned to find our car stuck in snow and ice. The driver offered to come back after his final drop-off — and he did! He returned with a shovel and helped dig us out.

The only thing that I don’t like about the The Parking Spot is the policy of not refund if you cancel. I had reserved parking for November 2025 and I had to cancel due to illness. I was told no refund!
How nice and polite the drivers are. I wish I had the name of the one that brought me to my car last Tuesday night. It was a long day with plane delays because of the wind in Denver.
