I dont know his name but our driver was amazing! SO nice and helpful. He was what the Parking Spot used to be. Unfortunatly, I have seen the customer service go down hill. We used to have the funniest drivers who took your luggage to your car. And, the ladies at check always made us laugh and smile. Now, not so much. Some drivers dont even get out of their seats to help with luggage. And technology has cut out our exit workers. But our guy last week was amazing! I sure wish I knew his name.

I always park at the parking spot and this time they were extra nice and helpful. My sister and I got back from our trip and her car battery died. I went to the front to get a worker at 8:30pm and she called for help and her and another gentlemen brought the portable car jumper box and restarted my sisters car. The staff is always so helpful and nice.
It was easy to book a spot and then everything fell into place easily. We liked being taken right back to our spot!
