The three of us traveling are in our 70's and the driver helped us get bags into the car. Very much appreciated after a long flight and late arrival.
The check in is easy. The staff are friendly, and we have never had to wait to get picked up at our car. When we arrive after our trip we can use the app to request the van or sometimes it's already there at the airport. Since the lot is right across the street, the van cycles back and forth quickly.

Pick up and drop off at your vehicle. Rarely wait more than 10 minutes to be picked up or dropped off. The travel to and from the airport via the shuttle vs the parking lots ran by the airport, but this is just so much more convenient and easier.

Use the Parking Spot everytime I fly out of Buffalo. It is enclosed and I feel leaving my car there is safier than an open parking area. The shuttle driver is always very considerate and helpful. Try it, you might like it also.
