The speed of getting to the airport after arriving at the parking spot was great ! Returning was not bad after we called them shuttle arrived in about 10 minutes.

I love the value of storing my car at The Parking Spot. I appreciate having an option to keep my car in a safe, covered spot, where it's patrolled and will be much less likely to be broken into. I also appreciate the staff at the location - everyone is super friendly and helpful. I live in the DFW area and have flown out of DFW airport so many times that I know The Parking Spot is the smartest option; you will almost never return to the same terminal that you left from. You'll have to take a shuttle even if you parked in terminal parking (for twice as much money)! I would give it a rating of 10, but I feel that the shuttles could come around a little more often. I was waiting around 20+ minutes the last time I came in a couple of weeks ago, and I was just ready to get home! I lost my $400 RX glasses on a shuttle too, and although the staff has been super helpful in communications, I don't think anyone checked the buses because I absolutely lost them on one. My fault, but I would appreciate the help.

It is convenient and the service is excellent. The driver picks you up at your car almost as soon as we get out of our car and heads to the airport to drop you off.
