I made a reservation and prepaid for my parking spot, when I got there, I just showed my code on my phone and was able to enter very easily, the driver picked us up immediately. We were picked up by the driver upon our return and taking directly to our vehicle. However, when leaving the airport, there was no signage on where to find our driver. We found an airport worker who told us to go all the way down to the end of the driveway and wait there which we did, the driver eventually came, but while waiting, we were very frustrated, not knowing if we were standing in the right spot, just saying. Otherwise, there was no problem whatsoever, and I highly recommend the parking spot!

Offer of different types of parking. Our favorite is covered parking with valet service. Attendants are courteous, and efficient. Discounts offered. Non stressed getting to airport . Only momentary wait for bus to pick up.

Long tme customer. Just keep the coupons and discounts for loyal users as it is expensove to park there longer term. Better deals for longer term parking would be helpful but love the service of your shuttles and timeliness and clean facilities. Just need better deals to keep coming as there are many options out there.
