Parking is easy to reserve and the shuttle picks you up immediately from your spot in Lot A. My only complaint for this trip is that after we were picked up in Lot A, we then went over and picked up quite a few people from each of their cars in Lot B, which added a lot of time. I thought in Lot B that people were to be picked up from one location, which is why it was less expensive (and why I park in Lot A).

It’s convenient and I feel very safe when I park there. I like that I can park my car in a covered area out of harsh weather conditions.
I like that you have a modified valet option that allows me to bring my car to the airport for drop-off and pickup. When I travel with my mother, not needing to transfer to a shuttle helps a great deal since she has limited mobility.

It was such a relaxing way to travel. The driver John was nice and friendly. The shuttle was at my car before I turned my car off. When I returned from my trip the shuttle was there at the pick up spot, no waiting at all. Same driver and a quick trip right to my car. Easy as could be. I will be back the next time I travel.
