It's easy to use the website, the shuttle drivers are always ready to pick you up at The Parking Spot lot and recently our return flight was delayed so we arrived at DIA around midnight and after picking up our luggage we called the after hours number and a shuttle picked us up in 5 minutes! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! They also didn't upcharge us for parking longer than we'd anticipated, which was very kind. Drivers are friendly & helpful, we LOVE using The Parking Spot.
Easy in and out with app. No waiting for bus on departure day, and minimal waiting on return for bus back to parking Lot. Very convenient and reasonable prices.

The convenience and the easy in and out. I don’t have to stress getting doing the driving at the airport especially now with the construction.
After a return from a long overseas trip, I found my key fob had dead batteries and I couldn't get into my truck or start it. The Parking Spot manager did not hesitate to assist and drove me to a CVS to replace the dead batteries.

Fast pickup and drop off at East terminal. Covered parking is easy to get to when dropped off after your trip. Great drivers and help with luggage.
