The location, the frequency of the buses and the price. I always have trouble making the reservation on the computer for some reason. It’s confusing to me the scheduling of the arrival and leaving and the time could be more user-friendly.

The Spot associates went out of their way to help us on Dec. 8, 2025. Our return flight from Atlanta to Cleveland was canceled and so we rented a car to drive home.
We planned to drop off my wife so she could retrieve our parked car and then meet me at the rental car return facility. The woman in the front booth at The Parking Spot called for a shuttle bus so my wife could ride over to the car. The shuttle driver was very courteous and would not accept a tip.
Easy to park. We can quickly load on your bus and don’t have to make a lot of stops and wait for lots of people to load the bus like at the airport parking. You take us right to the door of the airport and pick us up and help with our luggage. You are great and I will always use you from now on. I love the spotted vans as well.
