The parking spot is so convenient in Hartford. The drivers are so courteous and will wait for you and help you.

The shuttle service is great, once you park they come to you take a note of spot where you parked and hands over to you. When I came back I showed the note and he took me to spotted directly.

Helpful staff. Easy reservations. Parking was fairly smooth but the spaces are really tight, especially when we need to be able fully open doors to remove kids and luggage. Transfer to and from terminal was prompt, with no wait -- much appreciated.
