We were picked up quickly after we parked. Then, our driver put our bags into the shuttle for us. He delivered us to the Southwest gates, & helped us with our bags again. When we returned, there was a shuttle waiting at the curb. The self checkout worked quickly & easily.

Everything went really smooth. From entering the parking lot, to leaving my car there for almost 2 weeks, being picked up from the airport in the shuttle and getting my car and exiting the parking lot. I had no issues.
