Close proximity to airport and the great customer service
We have used Park N Fly for many years and found the service to be reliable and consistent. The first few times we were nervous as it adds time to the front end of a flight which can be nerve-wracking....yet Park N Fly has been so steadily reliable we use them every time. Every single time we pull in the lot a shuttle follows us directly to our vehicle, picks us up immediately and with a positive attitude. The driver is always friendly and helpful. We get to the air port in reasonable time and are dropped off right at the door of our air carrier. One time we waited until the last minute and they didn't have an open spot for us so we had to park with another company. It was a terrible experience and we now make sure to book early to ensure we get our spot with Park N Fly. When we return from our trip they are kind and respectful regardless of the time of day or night that we need a pick up. They have a great system to helping us find our car when we return and again drop us off right at our vehicle. We could not be more pleased with the process.

Very efficient and orderly business. We had difficulty getting our credit card to work, but a lady walked over after we pressed the Help button. We also weren't told where to go to catch the return pick up bus, but we figured it out.
