It was an easy process. We chose the cheaper option, which meant not getting picked up at our car, but we got lucky and got a handicap spot not far from the bus stop pick up location. Be prepared to tip the drivers.

The ease of parking. Staff is extremely helpful. I love when I pull of to self park the van is right there. It makes the first part of travelling very easy.

Quick pick ups
Pickup at our car, help with luggage, usually quick pick-up upon return at airport and being dropped right at our car plus the coveted parking. We do NOT like the automated checkout at all and the lack of a receipt. I was told the receipt would be e-mailed, it was not.
I like how close you are to the airport. I like how many shuttles you have.

The only complaint I have is that the shocks seem to be gone in all the vans. Sitting in the vans is a ROUGH ride. We use the Parking Spot every time we travel, so it's fine but I'd recommend some work done on the vans.
