I would like to see an app where information on passenger return can be relayed to the parking lot. This was the case in Newark but the option no longer exists.

The shuttles are ALWAYS right there to pick you up! If they don’t follow you to your car, they’re not far behind. And they always get you to the departure gates in a timely manner too!
