It was very well run and the two drivers that I had were exceptional. We traveled with another family who parked at some other discount parking lot and they were unsure if anyone was going to pick them up, because our flight got delayed and it'd be past midnight. We were comfortable knowing that we had a good service. I would give it a 10 and would tell anyone to use it

The friendliness of drivers and they load my suitcases in my vehicle. I don’t have to wait long to be dropped off or picked up. I have recommended you to so many friends.
Easy reservations, relatively inexpensive. The downside to TPS East - the instructions for getting picked up at Terminal 1 in StL are incorrect. States to use app. However, the app directs you to call. It takes a while to get someone to answer the phone. Once this has been done, the driver arrives within a few minutes. Typically use TPS 3 when rates are better compared with TPS East.
