Parking spaces are not to narrow. Like the bottled water when exiting. Bring back the USA Today newpaper when entering.
I use Parking Spot 2 all the time. Service is very reliable and it’s always the cheapest option around. I will say I wish the options which provided access to the international terminal did not always cost twice as much. I just end up taking the shuttle to the domestic terminal and then taking the train.

Parking Spot makes traveling less stressed, convenient and easy to get to the airport. For many years I have been completing these surveys and gave my suggestions with no feedback. The lines and parking space numbers NEED PAINTED!!!! How hard is that to do. You are making enough money to be doing normal maintenance on your facility. This easy repair would help the drivers and customers find their spot more quickly.

Customer service of the shuttle driver is always friendly and helpful. The parking spot space was a little bigger than normal which was nice to add extra space between the parked cars for movement and car door opening. Arrival of the shuttle at pickup was less than 3 minutes from parking my car. I will definitely use again.
Bus is usually waiting when we arrive at the Parking Spot. We usually have a short wait if any when we return to St. Louis.
Offer frequent sales at this facility. Also this lot is very convenient to Illinois residents.
