I was very pleased with the assistance and guidance available by actual human workers on site. I was also extremely pleased with the quick arrival of the shuttle at our parking spot, which was very convenient for loading and unloading luggage. The drivers were pleasant and very helpful and the price was quite reasonable. The cherry on top was the free bottles of water offered at the exit. I will use The Parking Spot again and recommend it to others when considering airport parking.

I use the Parking Spot every other week. The service is great. I never have to wait for shuttles at drop off and rarely at the airport. If there is a wait it’s less than 5 minutes. Drivers have all been very friendly.
