I like how I don't have to guess where parking is. I can also track the shuttle. The only reason for a slight reduction in score is because the recently opened remote auxilary lot does not have signage to easily determine where to tell the driver to go to pick up the car. It's not a large lot, but this would be helpful along with parking spots/spaces marked.

I liked how prompt you all were! It was so nice to fly in and be picked up quickly, especially after a 9 hour flight! Then you drove us straight to the parking lot. The other place I used to park (Wally Park) always took at least 15-25 mins to come pick us up and then we would drive to every terminal before making it to our car. It added another 45 mins on to the trip home!! It was awful!! Your drivers were also safe drivers and super friendly! You have earned my business!

This process was fast and easy! Loved being able to pull up and leave by simply scanning my booking confirmation QR code. The shuttles were also fast. With other companies, I've had to wait 20-30 minutes plus for a shuttle to come around. I waited for 5 minutes at baggage claim.

Covered parking shuttle picks me up where I park and takes me directly to the airport terminal with little waiting, and return takes me back to my car. Drivers are always courteous and willing to help with luggage. This is always the case wherever I have lived where the Parking Spot is.
