I have been a customer for over 10 years! I like the convenience. I like that the drivers and other onsite staff are helpful. I sometimes don't get picked up at my car which is frustrating. It isn't always easy getting my luggage to the main building. It is rare that I have to do that though. I have also been bothered by the huge price increase a few years ago. It was jarring.

Reserving a parking spot online was easy! When you book early, you also get an early bird discount which is convenient. We reserved at the North location. Once we arrived for my reservation, checked in, and parked, the shuttle driver arrived promptly to take us to our terminal! They loaded up our suitcases and provided us a card with our parking spot written down so we can easily find it when returning. Once we arrived at our terminal, the driver unloaded our luggage and set it outside for us and directed us where to go! Will definitely reserve with this location again!

We had the BEST Shuttle Drive I have had in 30yrs of travel. On our return to our vehicle on 7/8. She was an African American woman that was driving the Shuttle where the radio does not work sometimes. She made the ride fun for EVERYONE, was the most outgoing genuine and shared info about Airlines, your new car wash for FREE and more.
