I have used Parking Spot 2 for some time. The staff is friendly and helpful. I never have to wait too long for the shuttle at the airport. The drivers always assist with our bags.

However, this last trip, I used the QR code to tip our driver, as I have in the past. I mentioned that to the driver when we arrived at the airport. He said, "The company thanks you." I asked what he meant by that and he replied that the company only gets about 50% of the tips to the drivers and keeps the rest. He acted like that should prompt me to give him cash right there. Since I had already given a tip, I did not. I don't know if there is validity to what he told me or if that were a ploy to get more of a tip from me. Either way, I did not appreciate it. When I returned to pick up my car, I gave a different driver a cash tip, even though he had a QR code posted.

There was a van waiting for us when we walked out with our luggage. It had snowed and the driver brushed off our car for us. Best service ever!

TPS is well organized and efficient. We hit a major snow storm and they flexed with our return schedule, had the card cleaned off and ready to go. Would highly recommend and wouldn't consider using another service. TPS 5 Stars!

Fast and friendly

Your services were great, as always! However, getting into your parking lot is next to impossible. The construction has made finding the small entry to your parking lot very difficult. There are no signs pointing to The Parking Spot or how to get there. I took two passes at try to get there before I finally decided to take a chance and make a left turn at at "no left turn" sign hoping it would lead me to you (it looked like a dead end). And it did! Twenty minutes later than I was supposed to be there. We still made our flight on time, but it was very stressful especially at 4:30 in the morning.

I have always been skeptical about off-site airport carpark but the experience with TheParkingSpot completely changed my opinion; the facility is excellent, the shuttle service very convenient (I was not expecting pick up and drop off at the car) and the staff is very courteous.
