Employees were kind and helpful. Parking was covered. Shuttle was quick.
With the exception of our last visit there 10 days ago, we have always had excellent excellent service. This last time we waited approximately 20 minutes for a bus and had several buses drive right by us.

The shuttle drivers are very friendly and helpful. Our driver saw that we had golf bags as well as luggage and we were the only passengers at that time so he offered to do a special drop off at curb side to make it easier for us with all the luggage. We had a very pleasant conversation with him on the way to the airport as well.

We used the Parking Spot for the first time and I was really impressed with the ease of the booking of the pain and our driver was so so friendly! We were also unexpectedly upgraded to a covered parking spot and wow, what a great surprise!

Parking Spot shuttle follows me to my car and gets me to the. Terminal. The drivers are friendly. The water is always cold on the way out. IYKYK.
The service is reliable, secure, the drivers are nice, the drivers will help you if your vehicle has a problem (like shoveling it out this past winter when I returned from down south!). I have recommend your services to many of my friends and family.

The busses are now showing up more frequently on departure and arrival. The ladies at checkout and check-in are very helpful and pleasant. All around good experience and I’ve been using them for years.

Normally a quick shuttle ride to the airport. Last week(Sept. 29 5:30 am- Parking Spot 2 St. Louis) took longer, but not the fault of Parking Spot. Shuttle stopped at hotel to pick up additional riders and we were there for a while, as they struggled to get handicapped passenger in the shuttle & then loaded her wheelchair. Family traveling with her were not able to get her up the steps into the shuttle. The driver assisted and took over to get her into the shuttle-basically had to lift her up the steps. Luckily he was a young, strong driver and was wonderful with this woman. He went way beyond his responsibilities. He also accommodated the rest of his passengers by taking us to our terminal first as some people were getting concerned about their flights. Wish I would have noticed his name!
