Ease of making reservations and reliability. I have used your service for years without a problem.
The shuttle to and from the parking lot and the driver lifting my luggage on and off shuttle. I am however not real happy about the current pricing.
Amazing service. I will use you over and over again!
Quick, easy, in and out and close to LAX.
We like covered parking and the parking spaces are good size. The shuttle service is very good. We have been using the Parking Spot for years and like the way they do things.
Shuttle busses make airport travel so much easier!
The Parking Spot is close to the airport and the shuttles come on a regular basis. The drivers have all been very nice but some do drive a bit fast to me.
I think the prices are high for the uncovered parking though. I get it for the covered parking but uncovered parking should be under $10 for sure.
Very convenient, drivers are always prompt and courteous
Easy in and out
They kept my car very safe and secure
Shuttle is so fast, though this time the driver passed me at pick up even though I tried to wave him down. I had to wait longer this one time but generally the timing is reliable. I love this location.
They are there when you are scheduled to leave and there to pick up up when you arrive.
Ease of parking and drop off and pickup
Easy to park and be picked up by the shuttle bus—love the convenience. Also was easy to be picked up upon arrival back at the airport—very courteous and helpful drivers!
Kind and convenient
Very smooth transit for both direction!
Staff/drivers are always very helpful and cheery. My car is always safe. As a single woman traveler, I feel very comfortable leaving my car with you.
It is super convenient and good price.
Super easy to book, super easy to park, the shuttle was super easy! 100% recommend! I’ll choose parking spot everytime!

Gentleman who drives is top notch!
It is easy to make reservations and then to check in and check out.
Great lot staff
Prompt pickup service at the STL airport and very affordable covered parking at the Parking Spot East
The wonderful lady who picked me up when I came in was great she went above and beyond to make sure we were not just waiting and it was all we had to ask for the timing was late like 11pm
Her name was either Tanya W or Karen W trust me someone else had great things to say and it was the same ride you can check it out. Please keep her no matter what she made a great situation out of out delayed flight.
Shuttle drivers very helpful & friendly
