EVERYTHING! As a first-timer I found it very easy to navigate the reservation process using the Parking Spot app. A parking slot was easy to find, and the shuttle service was top-notch. I will be continuing to use Parking Spot service when I'm traveilng out of CMH.

It’s easy to make an appointment, easy to enter the facility and fairly easy to park. Sometimes I’ve been assigned a tight spot for my vehicle which results in door or side body damage

For us it is easy to get to. The transportation to Mid way is very quick, no waiting. Then upon return we are picked up within ten minutes after calling.
