Its sad that I use it often and can not take advantage of my Membership program work/airport related discounts in addition to the early bird, summer time, frequent user discount offers.

For the most part, everybody is friendly when you arrive and very helpful to get bags unloaded and loaded. The last couple of times there’s been a few unfriendly faces that are very short and only do stuff if you ask them to, which is not something any customer wants to have to do.

Also, it would be nice if they would put the QR code to tip to be able to go with your total bill rather than individual tipping where you get another statement.

I've used the Parking Spot for parking several times in the past. I've always been happy with the service. This time affirms why I will continue to use them. When I reached my travel destination, I realized I didn't have the keys to my vehicle. I was distraught thinking they were lost, possibly at the airport. I started with calling the Parking Spot in hopes they had them. Fortunately, they did. I don't know if I left them on the shuttle, the bumper of my truck, or on the ground. Regardless someone turned them into the office. When I called, the office, they confirmed they had them. I was put at great relief and could enjoy the rest of my vacation since I didn't have to worry about it. When I went to pick up my truck, they even put a sticky note on my truck to say that my keys were in the office. I'm thankful to them for ensuring the security of my truck, and providing relief so I didn't have to worry throughout my vacation.
