Fast and wasy
Friendly and efficient
Very easy to book online. The drivers are top notch. The inside attendant was very friendly. We waited less than 3 minutes before we were picked up. The app. is great.
Generally very efficient. Associates also friendly
Convenient locations at a reasonable price and reliable transportation from the parking lot to airport and back.
Great location, convenient shuttle.
Easy to get in and out and the friendly staff. Our car was ready at the pickup area before we got there.
You're close to my work and I usually leave from work to fly somewhere for the weekend. Love the pick up / drop off right at your car.
Easy access, no worry parking, available shuttle’s, and employees that seem to care and are easy to communicate with
Low cost and easy access to expressway.
Everything!
Convenience
So convenient and timely! I like thay my car is in a gated lot
I like the reasonable rates and convenient, reliable service. But, a couple things we noticed on our recent trip. One, your new electric vehicles have no luggage space. For international flights, travelers are often allowed two 50-pound check bags plus a carry on per person. My wife and I could fill up the new van's luggage space just by ourselves. If these are the vehicles you'll be using as-is, in the future we may have to find some other parking vendor for international flights out of SFO. Two, your phone message for people needing pick up at the airport refers to a button in the app that I can no longer find in the app. Either I'm missing something or the button has been renamed or removed.
Proximity to airport, quick pick up, outdoor and indoor parking options, member discounts and specials
It’s so easy to use. People are friendly. Good pricing
convenient, affordable, nice drivers!
Convenient, friendly service. No hassling with airport traffic or parking.
Quick turnaround time, convenient, friendly. Got me to where I needed to go. Plenty of shuttles available and I didn’t have to wait too long at all. Thank you.
Friendly courteous service. Pick u at my car and when I return, delivery right back to my car I don't need to wander around trying to g to remember where I parked my vehicle . Even better, my luggage is put in the car for me
Easy in and out.
Convenient & reliable
Very convenient location, prompt service for pickup, no wait time or a very short wait time. Also pickup at the airport is very good with no wait or very short wait time. Drivers are always helpful and friendly.
Consistenly quick shuttle pick up and drop off
Ease of making reservations and reliability. I have used your service for years without a problem.
The shuttle to and from the parking lot and the driver lifting my luggage on and off shuttle. I am however not real happy about the current pricing.
Amazing service. I will use you over and over again!
Quick, easy, in and out and close to LAX.
We like covered parking and the parking spaces are good size. The shuttle service is very good. We have been using the Parking Spot for years and like the way they do things.
