Easy to reserve a spot, easy to get there! Shuttles run frequently with helpful drivers. Our favorite parking~
It is getting easier each visit to navigate the construction. However, for those who park there almost weekly it may be good to understand the status a little more frequently through communication. Like when the navigation route to covered parking changed significantly. I am not saying I think you should communicate every little change, but there have been some significant changes, and then a lot of little changes.
Also, the current schedule for upcoming changes. I don't really understand the premium parking versus other future options. It may be good to understand.
And the last piece of feedback would be to have the "gate attendants" be a little less perscriptive. Even if I was there yesterday (which happens frequently), they force me to listen to every little detail of the directions. They get nasty if I try to drive off. Maybe they should ask when the last time a guest was here. Then directions would be about changes rather than frustrating both of us.
The covered valet service is wonderful. So easy to drop off my car and catch the shuttle within minutes. Kind, efficient and professional staff. Safe and convenient, close to LAX. Good online app makes it easy to reserve.
I would rate your company a ten, but the long-time parking rate is overpriced (thank goodness for sale prices, but even then it’s still pricey) and, most importantly, your company needs to be more specific about how and exactly where to catch the shuttle back after the conclusion of the trip. For example, arrivals, baggage claim, and exits are on the ground floor at LAX but I realized that’s not where your shuttle would pick me up. I finally figured out I had to go up to the 2nd floor (departures) and then it was still not easy to know where to wait for the shuttle. After a long flight from Europe, exhausted and eager to get home, I was disappointed to stress over how and where to pick up the shuttle.

So convenient! When I travel, I board my dog at Wag Hotel and that is right around the corner from the Parking Spot! With DFW under construction, I love not having to drive thru the airport myself. My car is safe and protected and that's one less thing to worry about. Also the shuttle drivers are always friendly and professional.

With the exception of our last visit there 10 days ago, we have always had excellent excellent service. This last time we waited approximately 20 minutes for a bus and had several buses drive right by us.

The shuttle drivers are very friendly and helpful. Our driver saw that we had golf bags as well as luggage and we were the only passengers at that time so he offered to do a special drop off at curb side to make it easier for us with all the luggage. We had a very pleasant conversation with him on the way to the airport as well.

We used the Parking Spot for the first time and I was really impressed with the ease of the booking of the pain and our driver was so so friendly! We were also unexpectedly upgraded to a covered parking spot and wow, what a great surprise!

The busses are now showing up more frequently on departure and arrival. The ladies at checkout and check-in are very helpful and pleasant. All around good experience and I’ve been using them for years.

It was directly off the highway near ATL airport. Easy entry and exit with the QR code. Quick pickup in the parking lot. Next time I will use the free car wash!
