It’s so easy! I’ve used The Parking Spot several times. You pull in, get out, go in the building, they get your luggage, put it in a van, and drop you off at the departure gate 5 minutes later. When you come back there has always been a van (which is very noticeable with their logo) in the airport turn around, put luggage in van, and you are back at The Parking Spot a few minutes later with your car out front and ready to leave. They have this down pat! I will definitely use them again.

I always recommend your parking area. I really like the more covered locations. I only have one request. Now that you have two locations, West and South, I would ask that your drivers remind the passengers when there picked up. As a long time customer of Airport parking, we only had one spot to stand at when we came back to DIA. Now that there are two pick up spots, A lot of people were confused. I like the courtesy of the drivers. I also like that I have not waited more than 10 minutes to be dropped off or picked up to and from the airport. Most of the time, it's closer to 5 minutes.

We have been impressed with the easiness of the app and making a reservation. We like that the shuttle picks up quickly once you park and you lose no time getting to the terminal. We were a little disappointed in how long it took for a parking spot 1 shuttle to come to the terminal for pick up - the south and the parking spot 2 had 2 shuttles to the 1 from spot 1, but you made up for it by finding my jacket I left on the shuttle and holding it for me to come down and get it and for that you get big points in my eyes.

It is very easy to make reservations online to save time. When you arrive to park you are always greeted with a smile and told exactly where to park. The shuttle driver picks you up right by your car and loads your luggage and gives you a ticket so you know when you get back with always a friendly smile. They take you right to drop off and is there upon your return.
Great staff. Shuttles run constantly. I really liked that they are open 24 hrs.
Easy to schedule on line and shuttles are always quick to pick you up and get you on your way. Top notch organization, I prefer parking Spot South just due to its location.
