So easy, so convenient. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My husband forgot his wallet and phone in the car and realized it at the airport. He jumped on the next Parking Spot bus and the driver was right on it, even waited for him to retrieve his items and get hi straight back to the airport. We use it EVERY time we fly.
