Great place to leave your car on long trips. It's always exciting on the bus as you meet others traveling to places all over the US and the world. Car is kept safe and we know it will be in good shape when we return. Busses run timely so you don't have to wait long for a ride to or back from the airport.

Fast and convenient
"The Parking Spot" is a great option for air travel, the shuttle bus takes you right to the airport doors. The process of reserving a spot was easy. They offer covered parking (which I chose), uncovered parking and car wash services (for an extra charge). The employees are very friendly, efficient and helpful. The shuttle driver was so friendly and welcoming and he handled our luggage to and from the airport.
When we returned from our trip, I called "The Parking Spot" to request our pickup. The shuttle arrived in less than ten minutes to pick us up at the airport shuttle area. They had my car parked and ready to go when we reached the business to pick up my car. My car looked just as it did when I dropped it off. The ONLY complaint I have is they don't accept cash, my daughter had to use her credit card for payment. I highly recommend "The Parking Spot" if you're in need of such a service. Friendly quick pickups, rasy to identify shuttle bus,very organized…I loved that the drivers made out a card with my exact parking space and upon returning, dropped mevoff at my car!
The drivers were really great. So courteous and helped us with all our stuff.
My only feedback is that I was having trouble scanning the code to tip them. My husband and I tried a dozen times and the app just didn't work. Please fix this!

Friends and helpful drivers. A shuttle is always available. Signs are easy to understand. Short wait upon return. I only wish the person in the booth was more helpful. She sat there while another car struggled to finish the transaction when leaving the lot. Another person had to come for help.
