Using Parking Spot eliminates the stress of trying to find a parking spot . The shuttle drivers are always courteous. The shuttles run constantly and I have never waited more than 10 minutes for pick up. I love having a free car wash to use after a week of my car sitting outside before heading home.

The whole process of checking in, parking and exiting after a trip is very easy and convenient.
The attendants are very friendly and helpful. The drivers are extremely helpful with loading and unloading the luggage. The rewards program is great, too!

I really like the convenience of being picked up by my car, dropped and picked up at my gate, and dropped right at my car when I return. The service is efficient with courteous drivers. Being able to get my car washed for free at the North Parking Spot is a wonderful bonus!

I always love the rate! But I never had any issues with using this parking facility. When I arrive to drop my car off as soon as I park the shuttle is right there.

I would venture to say, that I know it would have to be the airport doing but to have multiple pickup location on the lower level. It’s a relatively long walk from baggage claim to the pick up area. Especially after a long flight. But the service is great. Thank you for what you do.

I like how I don't have to guess where parking is. I can also track the shuttle. The only reason for a slight reduction in score is because the recently opened remote auxilary lot does not have signage to easily determine where to tell the driver to go to pick up the car. It's not a large lot, but this would be helpful along with parking spots/spaces marked.
