Entry ease and professional staff
Easy to park, the drivers are there to pick you up and drop you off at your car and they are all very nice and helpful. I always recommend the parking spot to all of my friends and family.
My only frustration is the length of time on the shuttle when you get to the parking spot. There needs to be more shuttles overall operating. Lately I need to add an additional 30-45min because the drivers are picking up so many people to get the bus full before it takes off to the airport. The waiting at the airport is always a drag as well. The parking spot is the only area that always has people waiting for a bus all the other shuttles are always there. I park at the parking spot because it is secure for my car or I would consider going to another shuttle service.
