Efficient

Very convenient parking and access to the airport, with frequent buses always running

With frequent gate changes it is very convenient to be picked up at any gate and driven to your car. I highly recommend the Parking Spot.

Ease of parking and frequency of shuttles

At pick up, my driver was very nice and friendly and handled my bag and put it in the bin. He dropped me off 2 rows away from my car, even though he had my card showing the location of my parking spot. I said to him that this is not my car.....he told me this was the spot. I pushed my remote button to open the trunk and then he was able to see that my car was 2 rows away. I was parked in D67 and I think he drove to row F. This incident occurred on Oct 5 around 4:30 pm.

I believe 2 years ago I was taken to the wrong spot but it was only 1 row away and I could easily see my car. I didn't think anything of that incident at the time as I could see my car.

I used the parking service in August 2026 and upon return I had to wait for a pick up much long that ususal. I assumed you were short of drivers that day and did not complain or think too much of it.

I have been a customer for several years and am overall satisfied with the service.

everything is so quick. at the end of a long trip, it is wonderful not to have to wait for 20 minutes for a bus to long term parking. Love the Premium option that gets you to your car first and right at your car. no more schlepping your luggage 100 yards while trying to find your car in a sea of vehicles.
