What a blessing for a busy travel day. It was so easy to book on the ap...use the QR code to gain access to the parking lot and a driver was there within a minute to take us to the airport. Just as easy on the way back. 10 out of 10!!!

Convenient. I felt my car was safe while I was gone and it was convenient that they shuttle you to the airport and are waiting to take you to your spot when you return !!
From the minute I park, I have some one who takes my luggage and me to the entrance. Then, when I land, I have a short wait until a bus picks me up and my luggage and takes me to my car.
And once I had a dead car battery and the driver came back and got my car started and I was on my way.

The only issue I’ve ever had occurred due to my flight being delayed. I was anticipating an arrival time of around midnight but my flight didn’t land until I think abt an hr later than that. We get our luggage and walk outside to the shelter area for the shuttles and there’s another guy there wtg in the stall. (I believe he was on my same flight) After watching a few Park Place, hotel, and other shuttles come and go…I check the app and see that it was within the On Call hours. (I wasn’t aware there were on call hours - I don’t think I’ve ever had a flight that late before) So I ask the other man there if he already requested a shuttle…he says “No, they’re usually here or about to pull up” (something along those lines) and I agree! I’ve been using this particular location’s services for some time (even before the name change). Long story short I had to call a couple times and leave a voicemail before someone called me back to tell me a shuttle was in the process of being dispatched. The wait was unusual but they were apologetic when they personally called me back and at the end of the day it wasn’t a TERRIBLE day…it was in the 60s that late/early and wasn’t raining or snowing!
