Felt safe. The entire process is very easy. The service is fast - I never had to wait for the shuttle bus, When i parked it was right there to get me, when i arrived at the airport the shuttle had just arrived to the pickup area. Great experience, thank you.

Had to park there on Feb. 25, when the BDL garages were all FULL. It was morning, and lots of snow. Long line to get into The Parking Spot, to take care of overflow. I suggest you move the sign that says "reservation" only, currently close to the entrance of the self-park area, to be further up, so it's clearer, earlier, upon entering if you go left (valet) or right (self-park).

I valet parked the car that day and was impressed with how quickly the staff dealt with such a large volume of cars. Great service!

Fair rates, no waiting pick-up when arriving, vans appear to be regularly available upon return at the airport, ease of entry & exit via the bar code reader.

I like most everything, I was disappointed by the premiere parking, I thought this allowed you to be first off when arriving back from airport, that was not the case. Not sure what the benefit really is unless it is pick up first.

Pick up could be better, your shuttle seems to be lacking in consistency. There are not enough pick up at airport drivers. Others pick up about twice as fast as yours, you are convenient to interstate.

The staff at Haynes has always gone above and beyond. I can't believe that the entire parking lot and all the cars were cleaned of snow when we came back to town after the huge snowstorm a few weeks ago. Bravo!!! I recommend The Parking Spot to everyone!
