The staff are always very professional, helpful, and friendly. We were especially impressed by our driver Axel who returned us to our car on 3-24-26. He was extra friendly and a great conversationalist! He seemed genuinely happy to be doing his job. We also appreciate not having to wait long to be picked up when we arrive at The Parking Spot nor when we are ready to return to it when our flight comes in.

The whole thing was very smooth and easy. The drivers of the shuttles were informative and efficient. We came back late on our flight and I was expecting it to take another hour to be on our way home and it was nowhere even close. We found a shuttle right away. We got straight to our car and exited the lot without complication. Fully recommend.
