Close proximity to the airport, covered secured parking, picked up where we parked and taken to the airport, and picked up from the curb at the airport and dropped back off right where our vehicle is parked. Such an awesome service!! Second to none!

Great service. 98% of the staff we dealt with was very pleasant. When we first pulled up on 9/17 to park, we scanned the QR code and continued to drive forward.. an employee started yelling at my husband saying for future reference they have to scan it or park the car(??) we didn’t understand what he was saying. If he wasn’t too busy chatting with another employee and had come up to us when we first pulled up then maybe the instructions would’ve been clear. Don’t expect customers to know the process especially first time customers. Every other employee was super pleasant, though. Would use this lot again.

Shuttles are mostly timely, and the drivers are courteous. The easy entry and departure with the QR code is a help. If the pricing were better for stays, it would be a trifecta.
