For one, the price is great and they often offer discounts. Also, I like that when I arrive to park there’s usually a shuttle driver to direct me where there’s open spots. Return shuttles seemed to be continuously running, so the return drive to my car was very quick. The drivers are friendly and helpful.

The vans are clean, but the shock absorbers do take a beating on the highways that could use some attention. The loyalty program is helpful, and we have earned free nights from our participation. We highly recommend The Parking Spot.
