Your drivers are amazing! The lot is always clean and organized. It's super convenient and your app is really quick for making reservations.
Reserving a space, checking in and parking, being shuttled to the airport and back all went smoothly (even with all the construction); however, checking out when the trip was over - I would rate the experience a 1 (or less) as the credit card machines didn't work and had to wait for someone to come by to help which was a very lengthy amount of time and other cars building up behind - that was frustrating. And the staff person who helped wasn't very friendly; it was like she was annoyed that she had to do her job.

It was easy to prepay, directions for parking location were clear. Bus shuttle was OK, seemed we had to wait a little long for a shuttle. It was hard to hear bus driver calling out parking locations with A/C running.
The convenience of parking in covered parking, knowing that when I return from my trip, my vehicle is exactly as I left it. Also, the reliable transportation to and from the airport.

Our drivers were friendly, courteous and careful drivers. Our car was waiting for us when we arrived and our pickup was arriving as we got to the pick up spot at the airport. Our previous experiences with Executive Travel were not good. They manually folded the automatic mirrors on my truck, would not take ownership and were quite insulting. This is the first time parking with the Parking Spot and it seems like a very good change. Based upon this first experience, I can confidently recommend them to anyone parking at BNA.
