The close proximity to the airport and ease of getting to the airport. The picks up have not been great though we have had to wait on the return flights on late flights which seems it could be avoided.

Cost-effective solution and shuttle frequency have improved
Drop off was easy with van coming quickly to take us to airport. Upon arrival I just opened the app and saw there was a pick-up van coming right around the corner. Driver was very nice and got our bags in van for us. (His tip just went up!). Have been using Parking Spot for years now and always come back when family members want us to use the cheaper parking areas when we travel with them. We don't mind paying for service, which they totally give 100%.
I like the safety because the vans are pretty good about coming around frequently enough that you don't have to worry about personal safety and I have never had a car issue with vandalism. There is some heavy fencing around the perimeter but I dont know if cameras are there as well. I also like the convenience. If choosing covered, you will never have an issue with rain as the van picks you up and drops you off totally covered.

App is easy to use. Rewards are easy to obtain. Never a long wait to get picked up after parking your car (landing is a bit longer, but airport construction impacts that). Easy to check in and out (with bottles of water awaiting your checkout).

The reservation and payment process was quick and easy, and I was pleased to take advantage of a discount offered through my membership with another organization. I also appreciated having the option to park under a canopy, which provided added protection for my vehicle from the sun and inclement weather.
One of the best features was the convenient shuttle service. We were picked up and dropped off directly at our vehicle’s location, making our transportation to and from the airport seamless and stress-free. Overall, it was a very convenient and positive experience.

The only bad thing is how long you have to wait to be picked up from the airport back to your car. Have watched the competition have 3 sometimes 4 vehicles to pickup their customers to Parking Spots one. Almost makes you want to go back to them. Know people who have because of this.

I love using the Parking Spot west. It is easy for me to get to and out of. I love being picked up at my car and returned to my car. I also like the personal service and help with my luggage.
