Clea safe parking and efficient drop off service.

Our flight landed almost 3 hours late, when we arrived at our car it was 11:20pm, our battery was dead. I called AAA, they told me it would be an hour before anyone could get to me. When I called the local Parking Spot number they sent not one but two drivers over to jump our car. I appreciate the help so much!!!!!!

I like the proximity to the airport and the ease of finding parking in the lot. One level is a good feature of Parking Lot 3.

One thing that I'm curious about is why there seems to be dynamic pricing. The per day price seems to change every time I show up at this lot.

I like there’s no wait for pick up to airport and short waiting for airport pick up. Friendly and helpful drivers, easy in and out. Works great for me.

I like that its guarded, covered and has transportation to and from Airport.. Makes things so much easier.. Been using now for over 8 years.

My trip to the airport was a bit different as the driver was tossing me around the very crowded bus and I do not think he helped anyone with their luggage - didn't get his name, but on the way Home, David was GREAT! He helped me with my bag and was very considerate.

The attendants are always friendly and helpful and the drivers too. This time my cost went up some so will look to try to reduce that in the future.

Convenient location to the airport

Everyone at the STL parking spot 1 is always very friendly and nice.

Availability, timeliness of drivers, comfortable ride

My only complaint is minor. The last two times we have used the West Parking lot, the car location was poorly annotated (early in the morning in the dark), making the driver of the return vehicle go round the lot a few times. More of a waste of your recources than of our time.

Otherwise we have always used this parking lot (even when it was USAParking) since we were always happy with the prompt delivery to the terminal.

Drivers are friendly, helpful, and efficient. You rarely, if ever, wait for a ride. Rides are safe, vehicles are in nice shape, and I would not even consider parking elsewhere.

I like the website to reserve my desired parking area; vans are generally timely picking up at the car and at the terminal. I always appreciate the bottle of water at checkout!
