It’s always an easy day parking at the Parking Spot. I’ve never had to wait for a shuttle when I park and haven’t ever waited more than 10 minutes to get back to my car. The price is always spot on (see what I did there?). It’s my go-to for parking at the airport!

Safe parking lot. Convenient location. Friendly staff - Typically i interact with only the bus drivers (I use self park option) - but this time, there was an attendant at the exit booth. He was very polite and helpful (i saw that he provided directions and bottled water to the car before me). I did not need either, so i did not request either. But he did help with the scan transaction as sometimes it is difficult to reach the touchpad from the car window.

Reliable parking. Normally the driver helps me with my bags. Driver on the way home did help me. Driver when I was flying out did not.
Told me where openings are so I don't waste time driving around. Took me to airport right away... I hate when you guys take 20 minutes to drive around trying to pack the van so tight with people that we don't have room to breathe.

Very specific with directions on how to park your car when arriving. Very convenient to get picked up by a bus driver and a reminder is given to you on where your parked your car. The bus picked you up at arrival terminal and drive back to your parking spot. Excellent plan and service!
