I think that Parking Spot should have their terminal station under cover instead of exposure to the elements when the weather is not sunny.

Know that they are on time and friendly whether being dropped off or picked up. Drivers are respectful and will either ask if you need help or just offer it. I travel pretty often and see some of the same drivers and can often have a quick conversation..
