I like that the shuttles are there when you get parked.
I do not like the new configuration for covered parking where you have to go all the way around through the uncovered parking. It's so rough you get the crap beat out of you

The ease of making a reservation, and use of the app to enter & exit. Every time I've parked with Park N' Fly the shuttle drivers have been extremely prompt with pick-ups and friendly.

We were snowed in after our trip and the Parking Spot allowed our son to come in and clean off our vehicle. The driver helped clean the front of a car for a couple that was also on the bus with us. So kind.
