Overall it was great but I am an EV owner and the charger stopped charging on day 1 of leaving even after loading $40 in the app to charge. Left me a bit stressed but luckily my car didn't die being there.

This was the first time we had to wait for a bus to go to the airport. It was only about 5 minutes, but usually a bus is waiting. The drivers are almost always super nice and courteous. The whole experience is great. We often have trouble scanning our QR code. Especially upon leaving.

The Parking Spot is next door to the airport. So very convenient to get in and out of. But the people that work there are outstanding! When I check in and have an issue with the entry scanner (user error), the attendant is there ready to help. Rain or shine! The shuttle drivers are outstanding! Always friendly and helpful. I see them move some heavy suitcases in and out of the buses with ease.

I will always use the Parking Spot when flying out of Austin.

The parking spot near Pittsburgh airport is a great place to have your car while on a trip. The covered lot seems very safe and shuttle service runs pretty much on time. The drivers all seem nice and always help with your luggage.

It’s fast safe and effective

On our most recent visit, we discovered our car battery had died. Fred quickly came to our aide. The battery pack did not have a big enough charge to jump start our car, so he quickly returned with a car and a helper to get us on our way. We were extremely grateful for his professionalism and kindness.

I love how easy it is to get in and out.

I dot' have to manage airport traffic. My car is always ready when I return, the wait for pick up is usually short and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. My bags are loaded and unloaded onto the bus for me. I always plan my driver tip as part of my travel plans because they are well deserved!
