How fast and efficient

Parking spot has provided good service. Unfortunately, they buy up or supplant competitors which limits selection.
I appreciate the service, but I now must arrive at least 20 minutes earlier as I often wait for a bus or pick up of fellow travelers to leave the lot. I consider this expensive.
Keep up with the discount offerings and I will stay.

Nice to be picked up and dropped off right at my car. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The covered parking was a big improvement over the ABIA long term parking I was using.

We always park there when we fly out. We have recommended it to everybody we know that utilizes Bradley Airport.

We are long time users of the Parking Spot. We usually park at 3 because of the proximity to the airport. The shuttles are quick and always friendly. I also like that being a member I get coupons. Highly recommended.

Reserving, parking, and shuttle is very easy. Price is good. With some of the on-going work, finding the exit is not as easy.

Bus pick up was very timely. The driver was extremely helpful to we seniors, picking up our bags and taking them on and off the bus was extremely helpful and being driven to, and from the airport, stopping directly in front of our check-in area down return much appreciated to be driven directly to our vehicle. In the covered parking area this excellent servicedefinitely helped to shorten our trip. On reduce the stress of travel.

The shuttle drivers were friendly and very helpful and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free which is much appreciated since flying can already be a stressful experience. Service is great majority of the time. However bus availability has been spotty during high traffic times. I used to get off the plane and to the spot within 20 mins, on average my last trips have taken over an hour so it has been very painful. I ubered to the spot one time because I couldn’t get a bus for over 45 mins because every bus that came to terminal 5/6 was full.
