Fast easy transfer to airport
I would like to commend Krystal on her wonderful customer service. I drove to the Exit booth to pay with the door to the trunk up. I couldn’t get the door to the trunk to automatically close. Krystal very kindly and patiently worked with me to close it manually.

There were associates everywhere in the parking lot to guide us to where we should go since this was our first time using your lot. Our bus driver was super outstanding - he was starting to pull away, when he noticed a car that had just parked. He stopped the bus rather then making them wait for the next bus - so considerate!!! Keep up the great work!!

The outgoing pickup was very good. The wait time returning from the airport was less than desirable. Did not seem to have enough buses running given the number of passengers.
