Everything works smoothly. The wait times for the shuttle are short and the drivers are courteous. However, the last time I used covered parking, the customers in the uncovered lot were let off first. Is that a new policy?

Shuttles run quickly from IAH. I rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes. Easy in and out with the barcode.

Scan my code from my prepaid choice, directed to parking area, love the covered parking and picked up quickly. Maybe adds 5 minutes more than if I drove directly to the airport.
