Parking on the west is convenient for us and taking the shuttle into DIA! Driving into Pena Blvd is a BEAR! So it is much more convenient to take the shuttle!

I feel safe using The Parking Spot. I like being picked up at the cub at the terminal instead of wandering though the airport parking lot by myself. I like being picked up and dropped off at my vehicle. The drivers are always ready to get my bag for me and out it in the trunk of my car.

It was difficult checking in and in checking out not every one is computer literate and it is very frustrating . The young man helping us was losing his patience’s with us. It was a long flight home and we were very tired

Easy to park. But when I parked at about 800a on May 9. There were 3 buses just past us by while we were waiting. The person on that bus did not even want to get out of her seat as well. She didn't offer any help and just wanted to move on.
