It was so easy from the moment when we entered til the moment we exited. We were picked up at our car as soon as we parked the car. When we came back, a shuttle was waiting in the parking area. The driver loaded our baggage onto the van and dropped us off at our car as well as unloading our baggage for us.

our first driver that picked us up from the lot gave us a ticket but wrote nothing on it, which made it hard to find when we came home. quick pick up from the airport
Everyone is very nice and I’ve had my vehicle washed and detailed and always do a great job.
Pick up right at vehicle, pick up at terminal and dropped off right at vehicle upon return. App works well to schedule and to find a shuttle.

I didn’t like the long wait at the airport for the bus. Almost 15 minutes. When looking at the app all the buses were moving about the parking lot.
Very convenient and the shuttles were there to immediately take us to and from the terminal.
