A very efficient service indeed. Finally a great way to take flights out of PHX instead of TUC. Covered parking made it even better. Prompt, fast drop off and on return, very easy and fast pickup at the airport. In this day and age, probably one of the better travel experiences and services yet!
Easy in and out
Never a long wait for the shuttle on either end, and drivers are very helpful with bags.
I checked in online. It was easy and convenient. When we arrived at PS2, an attendant helped us with barcode. The shuttle arrived earlier than expected but waited patiently while we gathered our luggage. I am handicapped. The driver assisted me as much as possible and I was grateful.
The shuttle back to our car was a good as the trip into the airport.

The last time I was checking out there was a computer problem with paying at checkout. Staff came quickly; handled contacting support who fixed problem within 10 minutes.
